Technical Manager

I. Job responsibilities：

1. Be responsible for the technical and application support of the group's products, to ensure the overall realization of the company's annual target;

2. Research the development direction of the new products and technologies in the industry, summarize the industry trends of products regularly, and share with the sales team;

3. Focus on key industries and customers, carry out technical communication and support for customers, interpret and digest the customers' needs;

4. Provide project proposal, specification and scheme design to sales team and customers, participate in technical seminar organized by customers;

5. Provide tool solutions and technical suggestions to customers, organize implementation and tracking to solve practical problems for customers;

6. Daily management of technical support and business technical support, implement after-sales technical support to improve the competitive advantage in the market;

7. Analyze the training needs of technical support and business technical support to provide relevant skills and knowledge training for sales department accordingly;

8. Be responsible for the construction, training and assessment of the technical team, formulate, implement and continuously improve the rules and regulations and implementation rules of the company's technical system;

9. Keep close communication and contact with the product R & D Department of the headquarters to provide reasonable and effective suggestions or plans for the design and development of new products;

10. Participate in qualification evaluation and selection of suppliers;

11. Establishment, arrangement and filing of technical archives;

12. Regular work report and attend company management meeting;

13. Other tasks assigned.

II. Job requirements：

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design is preferred;

2. Fluent in written and spoken English, more than 5 years working experience in foreign company;

3. Rich knowledge of machining design and strong foundation of tool scheme design;

4. Familiar with common office software and related design software;

5. High sense of responsibility, good organization, coordination ability and communication ability;

6. Be able to independently undertake pre-sales customer demand analysis, solution design, project management and follow-up;

7. Strong innovation and execution ability, good at finding and solving problems.
