CIMT 2021 | YG-1 Intelligent manufacturing, innovative future

From April 12 to April 17, 2021, the biennial China International Machine Tool Fair (CIMT) will be held in Beijing as scheduled. International brands actively participated in the exhibition, and domestic visitors followed one after another. The theme of CIMT 2021 is "Integration, Win-Win, Intelligent Creation of the Future". In the recovery of global industry exchanges, this exhibition theme will be given new connotations and historical missions.

YG-1 fully integrated the theme of this exhibition, brought high-end exhibits from the German Technology Center of YG-1 Group, fully demonstrated YG-1's intelligent manufacturing and innovation capabilities, and attracted many customers to visit.

1. Highlights of Exhibits

NO.1 Motor housing processing plan

The biggest challenge in motor housing machining comes from the weight reduction and vibration reduction of large-diameter precision tools. YG-1 German Technology Center has developed an ultra-light precision boring tool with a very low weight of only about 12.1Kg, which provides a reliable prerequisite for use on a machine tool equipped with a small spindle. In addition to the special weight reduction technology, YG-1 also injects a new anti-seismic concept in terms of tool damping. The shock absorber made of special materials not only connects the tool body and the cutting edge support part, but also absorbs part of the vibration from the tool, workpiece and machine tool during machining.

NO.2 ISO tool

YG-1 can provide professional blade cutters for parts in different industries, with ISO blades of precision grinding and non-standard design, to meet the different processing needs of customers.

NO.3 PCD diamond tool

YG-1 German Technology Center can provide customers with PCD diamond tools and complete solutions. Our goal is to combine several machining tasks on one tool, thereby reducing unnecessary tool changes. Thanks to the excellent performance of PCD diamond tools, it provides a reliable guarantee for customers' high-efficiency production and continuous improvement of product quality standards.

NO.4 Guide bar cutter

The YG-1 guide bar cutter has extremely high precision and processing ability, and it completely depends on the direct guide of the guide bar in the hole and the high quality of the precision ground indexable insert. It is in the finishing of holes that extremely high requirements are placed on the blade material, coating, blade geometry and grinding quality. Through the high-precision adjustment system, it is possible to obtain μm-level precision holes during the first part processing.

NO. 5 Expandable and electronically controlled tools

Expandable tools have the greatest potential for rationalization and optimization in cutting. Therefore, in order to meet high-precision processing conditions, YG-1 German Technology Center has a dedicated team responsible for development, production and technical support.

Compared with traditional expandable tools, electronically controlled smart tools provide unlimited possibilities for smart machining. The electronically controlled tool can receive wireless signals and complete the function of automatic adjustment. The accuracy can reach 0.001mm, thereby reducing manual intervention and adjustment time, and truly realizing high-efficiency and high-precision automated production.

2. Wonderful moments of the exhibition

During the exhibition, the YG-1 booth attracted and received well-known domestic and foreign corporate customers and industry experts to our booth, and deepened understanding and cooperation with these customers in different industries, and provided them with a full range of tool solutions. Many projects are in the exhibition. It will land soon after.

3. Won the Golden Front Award

The electronically controlled fine-tuning fine boring tool ELTRON-4 developed and manufactured by YG-1 German Technology Center won the "Golden Front Award" 2nd Cutting Tool Product Innovation Award (foreign products), and was held in Kunming, Beijing on April 11, 2021. Tai Hotel participated in the award ceremony held by the Metalworking Magazine of the Institute of Machinery Industry Information. Ms. Tao Ya, general manager of YG-1 Tool Solutions, received the trophy on behalf of the company.
